Pre-requsities

Adding SSH Key to your profile
Public and Private network with a router connecting both
Security group that allows the following protocols: ICMP and SSH

Process

Go to Compute→Instances, and click on Launch Instance.

Enter details as needed, following screenshots walk you through an example
